Undoing expansion

My latest game decided to add two more teams which I did not want. Thus, I went to the structure option in the setting and removed the two new team.

This seemed like a good idea until the expansion draft came along. Now I can't cancel the draft nor can I get past it.

How do I more completely undo the expansion and cancel the expansion draft or am I looking at starting over?

For once I agree with BwBurke. Turn League evolution off, namely features you do not want. Your stuck unless you have a backup, something that should be done often.
Let the expansion draft happen, delete those 2 teams and their minor leagues and manually put the players back on their former team.

I had a game borked today because I forgot to make a backup and the game crashed. So I should add "make regular backups" to my list of things to do.

I do 3-4 per season. I did one today before installing the latest patch. January, Opening Day and Start of Preseason. They are taking up a ton of room on my X drive. Usually I only keep the .DAT files from the OD and Start of Preseason backups to conserve space.

I do a backup after every month I play on OOTP. I think it's a good reminded and it certainly has helped.

I backup my online league every day after simming. There are just too many things that can go wrong at any point.
