No Playoff Fielding Stats?

My RF was injured during the playoffs. The backup RF wasn't hitting, so I tried starting a faster, better fielding backup OF who can't hit. What's the difference if the first backup can't hit? At least with this guy I get better defense.

The speedy D backup threw out a runner at home to preserve a game 5, Div. series victory. I looked at his stats to check his defense numbers for the playoffs. There is no option for playoffs in defensive stats. Overall stats don't show his outfield assist.

What?

There are separate options for saving playoff stats and for saving fielding stats, IIRC. What are they set to?

Playoff batting stats are recorded.

Perhaps there's a bug where setting playoff stats and fielding stats to "Major leagues only" doesn't record major league playoff fielding stats?

there never has been any playoff fielding stats saved, that I know of......I think it would probably bloat the save by a ton, so was left out.....
