In regards to that not sure i could even wait thatpng anyways lol

You can create any world you want and with all of the modders, you can get logos and jerseys for a ton of teams fictional and real.

If you can make your own logos in Illustrator, I'm betting you're more than capable of Photshopping jerseys and caps.

Best answer - Download the Demo and give it a test drive.
Just to be sure though I took your advice and I downloaded it and I see nothing that says demo when I open the game... Only purchase now or enter license key. The rest is grayed out and then the bottom right is preferences.

Well I am sitting on the couch on my MacBook pro... watching the Tigers @ Royals having a beer. So yes I do like baseball!

Just going to take a learning curve... game wise... not baseball/rules wise. Installing the 2013 all in one pack right now!

Not to turn this into a "free-for-all" questions thread but you've been most helpful!!!!

I started with 2013 MLB season... as I get underway and continue to play over time I can still turn the "MLB" into my own custom league with expansion and stuff correct?

And one random question for starts... just got to the "Welcome Alex" homepage when you start... and I see my "facegen" up in the topleft... can I edit/change that? Seeing as the one they gave me looks NOTHING like myself lol!

^^^Well I just found out where to edit my manager picture...

I actually found the expand league page with all the league set-up options... I don't see an option to relocate though

You can edit pretty much anything you want by going to the game setup under the league menu or team menus, just put yourself in commish mode under your manager options page if you haven't already done so.

Under the GAME menu under setup & options and under league setup you can expand the league, change team names, countries etc etc.

Yes you can, but I am not an expert at it. I used some sort of program to create my face for facegen then under manager options, you can import a facegen file to replace the current guy

Haha I guess you have near all the answers by seeking :-)

To relocate just edit the team name and city info under the team setup under the team menu

What program did you use for your face? I'd like to try one for myself!?

Easy enough on editing the team name, city, logo... question pertaining to that:

Just going to use a random team for example. Say I take the Arizona Diamond Backs and in the 2017 off season I edit the team and relocate them too Montana (Would never happen lol)... would editing the team name result in a given players stats to look like option A:

2011 Arizona Diamond Backs ... stats
2012 Arizona Diamond Backs ... stats
2013 Arizona Diamond Backs ... stats
2014 Arizona Diamond Backs ... stats
2015 Arizona Diamond Backs ... stats
2016 Arizona Diamond Backs ... stats
2017 Montana Diamond Backs ... stats

or would it edit everything result in a total wipe out of history's and stats and look like option B:

2011 Montana Diamond Backs ... stats
2012 Montana Diamond Backs ... stats
2013 Montana Diamond Backs ... stats
2014 Montana Diamond Backs ... stats
2015 Montana Diamond Backs ... stats
2016 Montana Diamond Backs ... stats
2017 Montana Diamond Backs ... stats

Reason I ask is because I really hope the result is option A as is option B isn't a total "relocation" but just more of a mass edit on a team in the database...

Here is what I found out about the League Evolution feature

Out of the Park Baseball Manual

Now I don't know if relocating is as simple as just editing the team name and city (you could create a small custom league and experiment) and then the league evolution will reflect that as being a relocation or if you have to manually add the evolution entry.

I assume when you completly edit a team that it would have two sets of history.

You should get Option A if you just change the team name. You might wind up getting Arizona through 2015 and Montana in 2016 if you move the team too early (I usually wait until around January 1 to move teams).

The expansion and relocation aren't quite the same thing - those are dynamic, meaning the game can and will expand and move teams all on its own. Personally, I don't like playing with league evolution turned on, as I find that the changes the game makes are not always realistic ("Wait, the Yankees moved to Reno?")
