Playing more than one game per day

I'm playing as the manager of all teams. So far, I haven't figured out how to play more than one game per day. What happens is, I'll go in and play a game. When it's over and I'm thru revisiting the stats, I click on the LEAVE GAME button. This takes me back to the schedule, which shows all the rest of the games played in Quick Play mode.

Please tell me I haven't wasted my time and money on this.

There is a box to uncheck on the screen that shows the games to be played today. It says something like "play all games simultaneously". Uncheck that box. Sorry I can't be more specific about the exact terminology, but I haven't played OOTP11 for a while.
