Minor League Set-up question

Sorry for this repeat question, but I'm hoping to be able to figure this out. I am replaying the 1977 major league season and want to set up a Triple-A minor leagues to match what really happened. That year there were 3 Triple-A leagues, International, American and Pacific. How do I set this up? When I go to edit league structure it only allows me 2 subleagues. Is there a way to change this? If not does anyone have a suggestion as to what they would do it in this instance? I'm hoping to do it where the leagues don't play each other?

Set up each league separately. Under league setup tell the game you want to have a AAA league and set the PCL as a single sub league. Then go back and tell it you want another AAA league and set the IL as a single sub league. Rinse and repeat
