Export and edit personnel?

Is there any way to export personnel ratings to a spreadsheet, edit them, and re-import?

I like the various teams in my league to have certain "personalities" and I try to apply those via personnel ratings but it's rather difficult to edit them all through the application.

I don't think you can do that right now, but it sure would be a good addition to the game.

Ah thanks. Yes, it definitely would be useful as editing personnel through the application is rather clunky!

Or better yet, allow us to either edit the .dat files, or re-import the .csv files—this has been on my wish list for years.
