Weird Crash

This evening I closed my game and when I restarted the computer and reopened OOTP, it said the league was v13 and needed to be reimported. I turned off the game and restarted, then rebooted computer and tried again. No dice. Now I'm re-downloading latest version and reinstalling. Anybody else ever see anything like this? (When I started a re-import, it started just fine, but I stopped it to try the reinstall first.)

Did a complete unistall/reinstall. Now the message I get is "There are no league folders in your saved games folder. Close this dialog and create a new league, or click the Restore button to restore a league from a backup file." I've got it pointing to a folder that has two leagues that were working previously. Any ideas (or do I need to go the the Tech Support forum?).
