Restoring Manager's Notes

I accidentally deleted ten seasons worth of Manager's notes. Is there any way to restore them? I didn't have a back-up

Do you recall exactly 'how' the deletion occurred?

Yeah, I noticed on the "Manager Home" page tiny red X's on the manager tasks, which is the old manager notes. I thought by clicking the red X I was closing old tasks and having the most current note featured on the home page. I thought to myself "What a cool new feature." Then I went to add more notes and saw they were all gone.

I write tons of info in there.
