Contract - Salary (Team Option)

Thank you, by the way, for the (T), (P) and (V) designations in the Salary Obligations list in the latest patches. I love the fact you can have that complete overview now in one place!!

Question about that though. I have noticed on several teams in one of my online leagues that the (T)-TEAM Option remains in the "current" year for some players?

My understanding was that at the end of the prior season you would have to decide (as would player options) to either void or pick-up the option year. In that case the player would not have or have a contract for that next season and the designation would disappear.

I'm wondering if someone misses the "message" (misses a sim) does that throw a wrench into the process???

Clearly players remain on the rosters and have contracts, but the (T) designation remains on the obligations list in the CURRENT year.

Seems like a minor bug as I encounter the same thing. If you don't execute the team option on the day you get the email, then sometimes the T sticks.
