Coaching question

How exactly do I turn one of my retired players into a coach? I haven't been able to figure this one out.

Haven't got the game open but if you go to the player's profile page, I think it's the Actions button at the foot of the page - the one which gives you options like "Shortlist" or "Induct into Hall of Fame".

This. Just make sure you're in Commissioner Mode for it.
