What Scouting Sliders Do You Use?

I seem to never get this right. I upped INTL by 2 while decreasing ML by 2. What do you use?

I usually put more towards international scouting and amateur draft.

I'll share mine; I favor amateur scouting. The major and minor league players have statistics to rely on for evaluation. I don't have international players yet, so that's zero.

A thought came to me just now. One could go for a modified stats only approach by putting all scouting money into amateur and international scouting. I might try this.
