Question - City Names

I live in South Korea, so I like to play a league here and there based in Korea. It really bothers me that the city name spellings use the old McCune–Reischauer, not the Revised Romanization spellings that have been used since 2000.

As an example, I live in Daegu, not Taegu (Actually, I live in Gyeongsan, not Kyongsan, a suburb of Daegu). It's Busan, not Pusan. Those are easy, though, since they are big cities. Some of the other spellings of smaller cities are hard to figure out as they are used in the game.

So, my questions:
1) How do I edit these cities for myself? Sorry, I couldn't find a direct answer through search.

2) How do I volunteer to revise all of the South Korean cities/provinces names to their current spellings? I'll even update populations for the cities based on current data.

Get an XML editor. There are several good free ones available.
