Way too many injuries
I have a pretty powerful team. My Almendares Sporpions were runner up last year and made some good moves to strengthen the weak spots. I was looking good going into the season with quality and quantity infield and Starting pitching.
As you can see, my 2B, 3B and SS have been decimated from injuries. Also, my 2nd, 3rd and 4th starters are out also. Have played many, many seasons and never had this many injuries. Might be time for a new Trainer. What do you say? |

Stuff does happen...
Just hard to stomach my top 6 infielders and 3 (of top 4) pitchers. Tough, tough season... Dont mean to whine... These challenges are some of the things I love about this game. Just very surprised it happened. And hope it does not continue... |

This league just has a reserve roster, no minor leagues. All players listed represent my top two players at 2nd, 3rd and SS. It is really amazing.
Just played a couple more games and another middle infielder when down. |

![]() To the OP: Everyone's had a season like this at least once. I once had my entire starting rotation on the DL at the same time. Needless to say, we did not make the playoffs that year. |

For my current 2008 season. I have my starting RF (6wks), starting C (3wks), 2 OD MR (season & 4wks) my 4th OF (4wks) who I traded for on the DL. I have had a few misc day to day or even 2 day injuries. I have it on Normal and I have just AAA. I have the 2nd best trainer in my league. I just think it is a fluke part of the year. Mid June players are semi tired and what not. We have had a "Does 11,12,13,15.. have too many injuries" threads. See my thread bout having 3 injuries and 1 player given the heave ho in one game. That was a 1st for me.
Minor leagues I only have 2 players on the DL. RA Dickey out for the season and a CF (8wks)

Of course, you can change the frequency to suit your expectations. |
