A Third Conference?

Will this ever be a possibility? I can see it might create a problem for having an All-Star team or game. I see that it will be available with FHM. Another problem might be with scheduling but shouldn't be a problem come playoff time since teams usually play outside their own division anyways.

Based as it is on the current AL/NL setup, there probably won't be the ability to have 3 subleagues without a major reworking of the game. You could emulate this with 3 leagues associated together, but then you couldn't have a shared all-star game.

Can you manually schedule inter-league games between Associations?
