To someone in OOTPD Support

I opened 2 support tickets back in May of this year and I have received no kind of response what so ever regarding the issues. Not that they are being looked at, or they aren't considered issues, or they aren't priority. No acknowledgement at all and I believe both are legitimate issues. They are not game stoppers but they do make some features not fully functional.

Ticket ID: MLR-935889 submitted 5/10/2013 [problem with Dev Reports when "Overall rating based on all players, not positions" is checked]

Ticket ID: VLR-724337 submitted 5/29/2013 [Problem with player asking for Minor League Contract with bonus]

I understand the release time for a new product is hectic then the OOTPD staff took well earned vacation. But I would hope that properly submitted trouble tickets would at least get acknowledged, if not addressed, quicker than this.

Edit: I also reported these issues in the 'Bug Report Thread' but it was also suggested to me to submit support tickets.

Endgame has let me know the [Problem with player asking for Minor League Contract with bonus] issue is fixed in the latest BETA patch. Just a little testing has not shown the issue.

My second issue, [problem with Dev Reports when "Overall rating based on all players, not positions" is checked], is still there with the BETA patch.
