Keeping Universes synched between computers

I was asked in another thread what software I use to keep my games synched between my computers.

I thought I would share with the rest of the class: FreeFileSync

It's free and open source and it works fantastic over a network share. Enjoy!

I'd be interested in hearing more. Like what is involved in setting it up and is a network share a requirement?

I had a look at your link and it is intriguing but I am unsure how to apply it to OOTP.
