I don't get all the Estrada love in this thread. I mean, he looks great and I'd love to have him on my team but Kienholz seems to be just as good or better than him in every way except stamina. Is a few stamina points really the deal-breaker here?

I vote Burns. His 3 main pitches have a better chance to reach their potentials. With the high school pitchers shown here you're mostly talking about guys that have 2 currently 'okay'-ish pitches and some other ones that project highly but are starting from near zero, so you may end up with a reliever. Estrada's wicked change-up is literally starting from 1! (How a scout in real life could project that is beyond me).
The concern about high school vs. college because you're an expansion team seems like overthinking it to me. A college draftee is still potentially going to be in your organization for 10-15 years if he emerges as a true frontline starter. And you need to put butts in the seats as an expansion team, too! Mantia is intriguing too (as a pitcher or crossover player).

Keinholz would be my pick. He's young, has the potential for FOUR ++ pitches, and he's got the perfect frame for an innings-eater starting pitcher. And while I realize HS stats mean nothing... I've never seen those stats from a HS pitcher in OOTP. Granted, he played at a rural Kansas high school in a town with less than 2,000 people, but those are just... wow. He's a long way but he's got tremendous upside, and the personality looks great to boot.

By the way, they all throw fastballs. Sinkers and cutters are classified as types of fastballs.

For me they would be I can always get some back end of the rotaton guy that is going to wear out my bullpen who probably would be better suited as a long relief or setup guy then an Ace. You don't see too many top of the rotation guy that only go 5/6 innings. Rich Harden is one guy that in an exception in his prime.
