Draft age potential

Something I noticed in 12 and 13, wonder if still around in 14 with the new system

I like draft classes of all the same age, usually 19. no feeders
that is because i found when i put the draft age to all 18 year olds- the potential ratings average was far lower. was very odd

try it yourself. make a league, save it as a qs
then sim a few years with say all generated players to be 19 (19 low 20 high on the creation scale). note the actual potential
then call up the qs, change to 18, and see if the ratings are far less

same game, but the 19yr old may have 3-4.5 star pitchers, 2-4 star ect, while the 18 has 1-4star and a couple of 3's

odd actually, so wondering if still around

the thing i dislike about all 19yr olds is the pitchers all cone in too highly rated

same in 14?
