Need help on Player development tracking

Just got OOTP14 during the All-Star-Break sale and I am trying to become familiar with the new features by running a few test simulation leagues.

In the player development tracking system (both on player's page & in player development report), I couldn't find any pitching rating changes logged in the system. All I see are batting & misc. ratings changes whether it be pitcher or position players. In the player development tracking, every single position player is also registered as "DH" instead of his actual position.

Can someone tell me which setting I didn't set correctly? Or is everyone seeing the same thing? Thanks!

Err... right. I forgot to mention the game version.

I am using the latest 14.4 Beta (build 18) on Windows Vista. Thanks again.

In the league setup, there is a checkbox for Rating players by position, or against all players. If you have it checked I believe (whichever one makes it so it is against all players, and not by position) that's how your stuff will show, the game basically considers everyone to be a DH.

I'm in a hurry, or I would cut out a picture of the options section. But it's there
