Will leagues automatically realign themselves?

For context:

In my save, the San Diego Padres were moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2015. (I didn't initiate any of that at all, which was really interesting - didn't expect anything like that to happen as I'm fairly new to the game). But they're still playing in the NL West, which geographically isn't ideal. My question is, will the game fix that alignment at some point in the future, or will they continue to play in the NL West? Thanks.

You have to go to league set up and edit that yourself

Keep them n the East. How long did Atlanta play in the West til they moved?
