Hi guys,

I recenetly lost everything on my computer. I'm looking at getting my lock code sent to me. I emailed 400 studios support with the credit card info I used to purchase OOTP5 originally but they just sent me a link to elicence.com. I fired an email off to them with the same info to no avail. This happened once before when I had ootp4, and I had no problem getting my code. Does anyone know if I'm going the wrong route this time?

They are the one's that have the info, I'm sure that they will get the info to you. You might try calling them, contact info is in the FAQ forum.
