TotalMinors and Prospect Draft

Heya, quick question. The RDG.com page says "The top 100 High School and top 100 college prospects eligible for the 2003 Amateur Draft. When you get to the draft in June 2003..."

I downloaded the Rosters, and the draft is set for Preseason. I attempted to move it to June, and OOTP went into "creating players" mode. Are the players there, and the draft date is different...or what?

before sending it to June 1st, make the number of rounds "0". Then it won't create players. Then, after it is set to June 1st, replace that number with 5 or 7

Actually, I don't even mind having it pre-season, I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to play out a year and have the prospects not be there.
