My new prob/question

My question is...Can you use all the current MLB rosters and teams while editing the league structure and rules? I thought this would be an easy yes. But I can't seem to figure out what options to use. Fictional just gives you well, fictional players and teams.

I would like to have all the history and everything behind my league when I start it.

Just start a new quickstart game using the MLB QS that comes with it. Once you've set it up, you can edit it how you like.
