How so these affect a player?

Under player editor there is a section that has "work ethic", "greed", "loyalty", "intelligence", "leadership" I'm sure I'm missing one or in off on the actual name of te category but I think you get the point. So my question the Higher the number it has the better the value correct? But how drastically do these affect or influence a player?

Yes, the higher the number, the better the value. So the higher the greed number is, the more greedy he will be (I believe).

Absolutely. I may add that I believe these to be very important to player development and performance: Intelligence, Work Ethic, and Leadership.

Why leadership? Because, as I just read in the page that you linked to, high marks in leadership make other players develop and play better.
