Live Coverage Issue Bug?

I have the Mac version of OOTP 14. - Mac Book Pro - OS 10.8.4

I am playing games in "Live Coverage."

I want to see a "Live Game Webcast" of one of the games. When I chose "Live Game Webcast," I get "No game is selected. Click 'WEBCAST' on the game of your choice in the live coverage tab."

The issue is there is NO webcast link in my live coverage tab. I attached a .jpeg file of the Live Coverage window.

Am I doing something wrong? Did I miss some setting or check box? Is this a "bug?" Is this feature not available in the Mac Version of the game?

I would appreciate any help or advice. Being an "online commissioner" is very frustrating at times.
