a question about old time games

I've been trying to start in 1935 and what I've been doing is going ahead and just quick playing the entire 1935 season and then hoping to sign on as a GM after the season, but before the amateur draft. Well everything is fine until it's time for the amateur pool to be posted and I keep getting this command that.......the database is not loaded and please check game options and correct. the database will load before the actual draft date so there's some time here to find the correct file. QUESTION: What is this file and how do I get this file to the correct place and actually open it up?

Go to Game then click Setup & Options. Go to League Setup and click on the Historical tab. On the left side about midway down is the Database Path box. You input the path and file you need to correctly import your historical rookies, such as: C:/documents/Out Of The Park Developments/OOTP Baseball 14/Master.csv
