Creating Player Names
Hey guys. New to the game. Married with little kids so only get to play in the wee-hours in the morning before everyone wakes up. Can you tell me if it is possible to create your own players? When I go historical is the roster from that year?

Yes, you can create players. (Must be in Commish Mode)
Yes, when you start an historical league, you can select whichever year you wish to begin from and will have teams/players from that year. |

Free agents signings
Hi,sure could need some advice . Played ootp 12 and now playing 13.
When it's time to sign free agents my team is always short on money. My team has something like 5 000 000$ available for free agents, so my owner refuse when I try to sign big FA contracts (above 5M$) because not enough money and that I can understand ( maybe I'm signing to many extensions ?). But here is what puzzles me : all the other teams in my league have between 1M $ and 5M$ available for FA (so they should not have enough money to sign big contracts ) but the other teams announce big signatures like "John Smith just signed 3 years for 24 M$!). Thus the other teams are spending way above what their financial report says they have available for FA. How does this work? What is it that I'm missing here? Thanks if you could give me a hint on this. |

If we gave you the hint would you promise not to do it in real life?
