Heroes Reborn Baseball League

This league is just in its infancy. So far what I have done as a commish is recruit 15 owners and I'm looking for either 1-5 more depending on the applicant quality I receive.

The league will sim everyday at 9AM in the morning. We are a fictional based league that will sim anywhere from 50-100 years to build up some league history. Also, the biggest twist on the league is a randomizer program deciding 1-2 Hall of Fame players to import into free agency at their rookie age. Here are some other rough premise ideas of the league.

16-20 fictional team based league
Inaugural Draft--through OOTP Utility
League will be simmed for 50 years from 1963-Present Time ( I do this because I like to have history behind the league)
There will be scouts being used (this is so we can use the new international complex to it's fullest)
1 import per draft year. This player will be a Hall of Famer. At this point I'm unsure he'll be added to the draft list or free agency
(Note if added to the rookie class there will be a draft lottery for the bottom 4 teams of the league) The rest will be placed by record
The CBA rules will be in effect like FOD
No trading of draft picks
Team placement will be decided by me so we have no repeat teams from FOD. However, you can decide the logo, caps and uniforms again (If you have a city preference that is not currently used in FOD that is okay and I can do that)
Using the Utility is mandatory. There will be HOF voting and there will be penalties for failing to vote.
However, there will be no mandatory writing or article writing but any input will be great.
We will be using an app for mobile devices/website called GroupMe for group chat. You can access this either through the website or by downloading the app. This will be a great way to chat with other league members and it does have the ability to private message people from there
Currently I'm debating if we require signing of drafted players or not. Since the new CBA is in effect draft picks aren't a disaster like they used to be.
As usual any rules, suggestions or ideas are always welcome and I am open to anything except the following items

One of favorite commishes in OOTP. Communicates well so everyone knows schedule ands such. Once in a while plans change for him but we always know whats up. Plans in family life changes from time to time and he's sure to let everyone know. If you're looking for a league to stay around this is the one. If the history of someones past matters then you can rest assured this isn't a fly by night league here.

No doubt this will be a first class league. For the last several years I have been in another league that Eddie comishes and he does a great job. Extremely reliable and makes sure that owners stay engaged or get replaced.

Not only that but the competition level in his other league is insanely good. For the most part this new league will be the same core of people as well.

Just to echo the others, I've been a member for over a year of another league that this commish runs and his dedication to the league is tremendous. Looking forward to this new endeavor.

I'm in this league and it will be a great experience....If you love 7-day sims like I do and want to get through a season fairly quickly this is a great league run by a great Commish!

If there are spots available I would love a chance to be in this league. I am currently in one (Golden Era Baseball Association) which uses OOTP13. I have participated in several leagues in the past. I am active and love to trade.
