I thought that it was not the last version that was released, but I pm'ed sabotai and found out that 1.1 was the last version for TBCB2 and the 1.3 was for the original TBCB game.

Also, the original link by sabotai is working

I'll admit it was a good one. Maybe soon. The more I look at 2013 and my uni the more tweaks I am doing to my uni and now just starting all over again. If I do the tweaks currently in my uni the aging will be totally screwed up. There are some things I like about 2013 though over 2.5
