Split stats for previous years?

So, because I was bored, I decided to calculate the xFIP of my pitchers vs. lefties and righties, respectively. This requires their IP, FB, BB, IBB, HBP and K numbers. Getting these for the current season is no problem, of course. But looking at split: last year and double split: versus right or vice versa doesn't seem to work. Same for career splits. If I go into a player's profile and check his career pitching stats, I can get the split numbers by year for IP, BB, K, HBP and IBB but not, as far as I can see, for FB. Is there any way to retrieve this number, or is it lost forever?

More generally, with split: last year, I don't seem to be able to get different numbers on any sort of double split when checking multiple players.

I think I am going to estimate a pitcher's number of flyballs by assuming 20% line drives as follows: (AB-K)*0.8*(1-GB/FB). Does that make sense or did I miss something?
