Most complete, up to date roster set for OOTP13

Hello, what would you suggest is the most complete and up to date roster set for OOTP13?

Accuracy is my top priority. Also hoping that there is a roster that is global that is accurate as well.

There was a quickstart end of season roster that you could download through add ons central. I didn't like having end of 2012 season moves with no 2012 stats.

I have wondered about this as well. Not sure if one exists based on the overwhelming response you have had...let me know if you find one though. It seems to me that most people jump ship and run to the latest installation...but I am just getting my feet wet with OOTP having just started playing within the last 6 months and didn't want to pay $20 for 13 and then $40 for 14 right away. Oh well, I will probably just play 13 until 15 comes out and then upgrade. Plus, FHM is releasing in September....
