Uploading problem with online league

Hi guys, strange question but I have tried all attempts

I have entered in all my correct "Online League FTP Opetions" yet it says
"FTP connection test completed"
"OOTP could not connect to www.mywebsite.com"

So nothing is able to load up or down.

Yet, I have the exact same setting for all of the League file upload, report upload, as what it was in OOTP11, where everything worked brilliantly.

Never had an issue until trying OOTP14 online setup.

My host and port is correct, my username and password is correct and the target path is correct

Problem solved, after many attempts.

In ootp14, you can't use your main FTP account (for your server) as the username and password, had to make another account
