Release Version License Issues

So I finally got around to removing the Beta version and purchased my 2 new licenses. Unfortunately the release version will not accept my license information so I am currently without a copy of TBCB. At the moment going through hoops at the PISD site to get some support.

Not sure how many other purchasers might be affected by being unable to register their copy but it seems a sure way of putting customers off. Surely the licensing system should have been certified bullet-proof before release!

There have been very few licensing issues, however every so often things go south as I am trying to synchronize two system in as hacker proof way as possible. Please email your serial numbers and what error you are seeing to someone@pisd.co.uk and I will get you up and running.

You may be right...

I am not sure as I have fixed a number of issues today, and there is never a clear mapping from email to forum name, but I think we just fixed you issue...

For those on a mac with licensing issues, check your computers name does not have a ' or : in it as it upsets the network comms..
