Anyway I can view a team's history of managers and GMs?

At the moment I can only go to a specific manager to see his history. I'd like to see a whole team's management history

I third this point. It's cool to look up the 1988 Mariners and see that Henry Cotto hit .259, but who signed him? Yeah, I'd like to know this.

you can look up the player then goto history tab then you would see the history of their contract and who signed the player.
