Purchased Game, but lost my license key

I purchased and downloaded the game about a week ago, but had to delete the game (I also deleted my email). I know this is everything NOT to do when buying a game, but was hoping to retrieve my license key. Is that possible ? Thanks for any direction.

Erik

edit: Nevermind I didn't see you deleted your email. Might need to contact Andreas or Markus through PM.

Contact Andreas when comes back from vacation, and pray.

No offense, but never delete an online purchase email. Save it to a text file if necessary.

Five thousand thanks for a non-modder? I never thought I'd see the day. Thank you for your support.

It was dumb. If Andreas isn't able to help, I only did it to myself. Thanks for the advice guys.

He can usually make things right.

Hey, it's always okay to make a mistake. None of us are perfect, or even close. The only dumb part is if you ever make the same mistake again later.

Good luck.

Hi Erik,

No, please do not try to contact Andreas - for reasons I'd rather leave unsaid. Please use my sig and submit a support ticket and we can look up your order and provide you with your license key. As long as you remember what email address you used when you purchased the game, we can look up your order.

Thanks!

follow what bowtie says above. it has happened to me, and the staff at ootp has been, for me anyway, tremendously friendly and helpful- can't say enough good things about the ootp group.
am sure they will sort it all out for you

Bowtie - I contacted Andreas via PM before I read your message and he responded with instructions how to get the license which I was able to do. Thank you and everyone with their help. There is no better team around !
