Still can't get on support website... Haven't received feedback since mid-January about my ticket

I know this isn't the place for tech support, but it's the only place I've got, since I can't get on the support website.

So my main OOTP 13 league was very fun, so when it decided to be corrupt, I was a bit sad. It started having runtime errors for some reason when I tried to load up the league and it would just crash. I was just wondering if it could be fixed, because sadly, I didn't make a backup (stupid me!). I made a ticket, talked with the very nice support guy, and he said he couldn't load up the game so he said he sent the league file to a developer and I haven't really received an update for a while. I never found out if my league was unfixable, so I kinda want to know.

Thankfully I've made another great league in OOTP 14, but I still wonder about this league.

If anyone could help me reach support, I'd be greatful. Thanks!

The dynamic duo of OOTPB are still on vacation, I believe.

Yes, but my ticket was from 4-5 months ago. I guess they were busy making OOTP 14. Their vacation is well deserved though, OOTP 14 is a great game. I'll continue waiting...

Anybody know if I should open a new one or not?

I don't think you will get any support on your v13 league but you could update the ticket which should re-open it.
