Will this year's draft class be added into the game?

I know some of the top picks are already in there, however will there be an updated roster released once all the new players sign? I ask because I had a couple friends drafted and want to see how they do.

I don't know, but you can always create them yourself if you want to.

It's more than just the top picks in the game now. There's over 20 rounds rounds of real draft eligible players in the current roster set.

haveband and I will be adding the rest of the guys who were drafted and even some who weren't. But we've already started updating the rosters to reflect the moves made during the season.

So you won't see those rosters released officially, since Markus like the official OOTP rosters frozen at opening day. It's possible that we may release the updated set with more draftees as a mod though. Not sure if we will or not, will need to discuss that with haveband. Even if we do, it won't be for quite some time.

btw, who were your friends who were drafted? I can probably give you the ratings we'd use for them and you can add them to your game yourself if that works for you.

The main friend I would care about being in the game is Steven Brault. 11th round pick by the Orioles.

Haven't rated him for my NCAA db yet. Did Logan Knox from Regis but not Brault.

Just looked him up. Impressive player! Put up some video game numbers as a pitcher. Nice college hitter too, though I'm guessing he wouldn't be a pro prospect if he was only a hitter.

PG really likes him too. Had him rated as a group 2 (rounds 4-10) guy. They also had a good scouting report for him so rating him will be easy.

Will put that high on the list of things to do and I'll post the ratings here for you once it's done. Probably by tomorrow or Monday.

Thanks a lot for helping out! I know some articles said he was drafted as a two-way player but once he starts rookie ball I believe he will be sticking to pitching.
