Teams Individual Scout Ratings tab is Missing.

I tried to figure this out a couple of months ago, but couldn't. I was hoping that when exported the league to 14 I would be ok, but I'm not. One day in the middle of my season my own scouts ratings disappeared from the drop down tab on each player profile page. There is the OSA scout option, but no option for my scout. For a while, I thought it was just my scout's ratings that disappeared, but I chose another team and realized it was every team. We all still have our scouts employed, they are all under contract, their profiles are on the Scouting Personal page. I can have them produce a scouting report for individual players. They are all still there. The only difference is their player ratings under the scouting tab,on the player profile page isn't available.

I have tried turning scouting on and off, fired and rehired some scouts, everything I can think of, all to no avail. Any Ideas???
