How many players do you usually keep in the minors?

As many that don't make my 25-man roster

Sometimes I will occasionally sign free agents to minor league deals if I have limited outfielders, catchers, starters, whatever.

Right now I have 68 players in my minor league system. I cut players who have not developed once they hit 30 years old. I have had more than a few late bloomers who are 20/20 players when drafted and suddenly develop into a 50~65 potential guy around 25 to 28 years old.

Because of these late bloomers I make sure to draft starting pitchers (need at least 3 pitches and good stamina) late in the draft just to have them in the farm system on the off hand chance they develop late.

In general I like to keep at least 15 guys in the minors plus several more to compensate for players that might land on the DL - so I don't get cheated out of a full 40-man roster at September call-up.

Stockpile as many as your depth chart, future plans, and the players' patience allow.

Completely agree

I've got about 100 guys in the minors of which about 80+ have a potential of 75 or more .. works for me anyway

Don't these guys in the iOOTP Minors get "Angry" and such.

And what effect does all that Anger have of the team and players, anyway?
