Well, Paul got me my license number for the old game, but when I enter it into the voucher section of the website, it says discount voucher not found.

I have been trying to purchase the game for the $9.99 in the PISD site. I try to enter my order ID from my 2.5 order in the add voucher area, it says voucher not valid or something like that.
HELP!!! |

It looks like you're doing the 'right thing' - just a matter of getting a real human to check whats going wrong and sort it out (I'm afraid I don't have access to the behind the scenes store stuff so we'll have to wait for Paul, sorry). |

Ok got the voucher to work, now I can't get my Credit card to work. I tried my debit card three or four times, then tried a credit card and neither worked. It either tells me nothing or says: You have entered an invalid number or partial credit card or debit card number. Please check your entry and try again, or The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.
Anyone else have this problem, and how did you get it to work? Last edited by Bogie; 05-20-2013 at 11:55 PM. Reason: added more info |

(I just looked and its defaulting to the 'United Kingdom' for me despite the fact I'm in Florida - perhaps it did the same for you and you didn't notice?) |

Someone who had an issue with their credit card earlier mentioned a country setting at the top which had to be set correctly in order for it to work?
(I just looked and its defaulting to the 'United Kingdom' for me despite the fact I'm in Florida - perhaps it did the same for you and you didn't notice?) I changed it to the united states as I live in Washington State. |

As much as this sucks, below may be your best bet tomorrow Bogie, when folks are in the chat area and Paul is about.
