Changing a year

I have created a Quickstart game. I have simmed this game for severe seasons, several times. Is there a way to change the start year when I restart the game for the Quickstart? I created the quick start game to begin in 2006, but I want the game start in a different year. Is there a way to change the date at the beginning of a new game?

How about for a non-QS?

AFAIK you can set the year when creating a league or with a template.

Other than that, I know of no way to change the starting year of an existing league or QS.
