Fictional league setup

What I am trying to do is to have a league that has a start date in year 2020 but I want the league totals to be 1900. Is this possible? If I set the league totals do I also need to set the PCM? I want to use current financials so I do not want to set the team strategy.

So simply stated, how can I do this? Basically I want 1900 stats with the year being set to 2020. I want it to change each season so that 2021 will have the league stats of 1901 and incrementing every season until I hit 2010 stats/2130 season or to ever I want the league to last. I also want to use current year financials.

Why can't you just set the league start year as 2020 and set these options for 1900? Just keep an eye on them; I've had to bump my financials manually for two years. Not sure if it would have on its own if I had let it alone for a while longer.

Not sure if this has changed in 14 or if I might be wrong about this, uncheck the 1st 2 options. I use 1973 Financials and Strategy for a league that takes place in 2003. Whenever I have had those checked it reverts to 2004 come January 1st. Strategy will advance from 1900 to 1901 come January of 2021 but Financials you will have to manually change. I now change it before Arbitration or the 2st day of FA or January 1st of the new year depending on the league. i could be wrong i will post my setting in a bit.

I have all boxes unchecked.
