what's going on here?

So in my league I have 3 separate leagues where I'm running an inaugural draft for each of them

In 2 of them, the draft pool looks normal. In the 3rd one, well, see below

Every player is listed as 20/20. I went into commish mode so I could go to the player editor & they all have normal vital ratings (contact, power, etc), so what's going on here?

Things I've done so far:
- Deleted this third league & made a new one (same thing happened)
- Restarted the game (no effect)
- Made sure teams in this league have scouts (dunno why that would effect OSA, but figured I'd try)
- Went to League Options -> AI Options & clicked Apply Changes Now for AI Player Evaluation (dunno why this would effect just one of the three leagues, but again, figured I'd try)

What level is the troubled league? What are the PCMs? Sounds to me like you've created a really low level league...

Nope, all 3 are major leagues w/ the same PCMs

And like I said, the player editor shows the 20/20 players having good skills, they just aren't being shown for the players in that particular league

Run a league wide OSA rescout and that will fix it. League Setup it is on the ride side or found under Functions.

When ever i add new players to a draft especially the inaugural draft they get the zero or 20 ratings. Forgot who told me about that back on 11.
