2013 Draft Class & International Free Agents

Hey everyone!

Is there a place to locate a realistic 2013 draft class with international free agents to be imported in an online league running real 2013 rosters?

No, you'd have to import those players yourself. Luckily, you can do this pretty easily using a text list. Just follow the instructions in these two links:

It looks as though this works for current and retired players. Will this mention work for college and high school players to use in the amateur draft?

If they are already in the OOTP database or the Lahman database, then yes. Otherwise, you'd have to create them manually.
