38 man roster?
In my second season as GM for the M's, I've gone through spring training and a month of the regular season. My secondary roster limit is 38 players, not 40. I made no known setup changes during the offseason. Any comments or ideas?

You have "Automatic League Evolution" enabled.

It's in league setup.

Do you have league evolution turned on? It's possible it was changed in the offseason without you noticing.
