Minor League Roster Limits
I just started a MLB quickstart and wondered if anyone uses roster limits in the minor leagues. I've found the numbers on the MiLB website and was curious if they worked well in game.

I've always used 25/25/25/40 and that has served me well. You don't want to go to low on your rookie level but anything more than 40 gets a bit unwieldy.

I recommend you use higher numbers, more like 30 and unlimited at the lowest level. The reason is that you will get way too much shuffling up and down when injuries hit. By having 30 man rosters you can lose 3-4 players in AAA for example but not rob your AA franchise of key players.
Make use of disable AI promotion demotion to ensure you have enough catchers or to prevent young, not-ready players from being promoted too soon.

Yea the only aspect i have on AI control is minor league rotation and lineups. Thanks for the advice, I think I'll try 30 all the way down for the injury reasons like you said.
