Importing MiLB teams to Historical League?

Is it possible to import the names of the real minor league teams into a historical league?

Or would I need to edit each team's name manually?

As far as I know, this would have to be done manually most of the time. I think somebody may have made a database that can be used for the Pacific Coast League, but I have not tried to use it.
