Saved game won't load

When I try to load my saved game it says:

ERROR

OOTP cannot load this database because it has been created with an earlier version of OOTP. Please use the button "Import OOTP 13" to import the database.

Well this is totally false as I just saved this OOTP 14 game hours ago. Of note is that after saving, rather than shutting my computer down normally, it BSOD'd. The game did save beforehand.

Sounds like a corrupted game file to me.
