League average salaries

I am trying to run a series of tests while modifying the financials.txt file with some higher salary figures, then starting at 2000 and simming forward to the present.

Is there any way that I can then view the league average salary, year by year, for the simmed 2000-12 seasons? I would even be happy with the league average payroll. Maybe the latter might even be of more interest to me.

As far as I know, you'll have to export a League Finance Report to your browser every "year," save it as HTML, import it into Excel, and take an average of the team payroll figures. Better yet, do it by calculator; it's probably quicker. As far as average salary, I think a simple average of each team's average salary on that report is probably all you can do.
