Quality of Players in the Draft Pool

Is there an option I can tweak to allow for more high potiential players in the Draft Pool?

I have the draft set at 20 rounds, with enough players for 25 rounds (I think those are the settings).

Im playing a 2013 MLB League with 2 expansion teams now, so I have 32 teams and Im up to year 2017 now.

Every year in the Draft Pool I get maybe 3 or 4 guys with 5-star potential, another 4-5 4-stars, a bunch of 3 stars, then a of 2 and 1 star.

I know that many of the guys will develop independantly of the potential shown, but I would like to see more guys with 4 and 5 star potential.

A couple things you can do that might help:

1. Increase the draft pool size - maybe make enough for 30 rounds.

2. Adjust PCM's (Player Creation Modifiers)


The thing with #1 is, your file will grow a little quicker because you're adding more players to your league. When I do this, I always make sure I have the "Delete Players who never reach majors" option checked. That way the duds who never make it eventually get deleted.
